Ideally located on a pass at 1,860 metres close to the Italian border, Montgenèvre is a charming village in the Southern French Alps. It held the first International skiing competition in February 1907 and is still a first class ski resort 100 years on. It has since been linked to larger skiing areas such as Sestrières, Sauze d’Oulx and San Sicario, venues for the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics. This huge skiing area, totalling 400 km of Franco- Italian slopes, offers a fantastic variety of breathtaking landscapes and old authentic villages.
Le Chalet des Dolines is a superb leaseback property consisting of 3 chalets built in a traditional alpine style with timber and stone facades. It will also feature a beautiful reception area, swimming pool, saunas, steam rooms and a gym as well as a “Spa centre” where you will be able to enjoy a variety of massages and beauty treatments. Most of the 56 ski apartments will benefit from panoramic views of the slopes and mountains, and lots of sunshine due to the southerly aspect of the Alpine property.
