Purchase details
To reserve one of the Resort Residences, a 20% down payment is required. This is followed by stage payments until completion.
In terms of closing costs, the 2% stamp duty is waived for buyer's at Raffles St. Lucia. Buyers have to pay ALHL (Alien Landholder's License) US$4,000-5,000 (approximate figure, based on purchase price) along with attorney fees.
