Banyan Tree Residences Mayakoba - only 50 will call it home

Founders Invitation - A rare collection of 50 villas
Banyan Tree is currently commencing the initial Founders offering of 25 of only 50 villas offered for purchase as whole ownership residences with delivery of the residences anticipated for early 2009.
Secluded and serene, each masterfully designed 1, 2 and 3-bedroom villa boasts living spaces between 4,000 and 6,300 sq.ft each. The villas reveal sensuous spaces for outdoor bathtubs and showers as well as spacious sundecks with expansive private pools that lounge beside sea, mangroves and manicured fairways.
The first 25 residences will be offered at special pre-release pricing under the Founders Program which will allow owners to enjoy first selection of the villa inventory. The one, two and three-bedroom villas will have full-ownership, priced from US$1 to US$5 million.
This rare ‘Founders Invitation’ is valid until 8 August 2008.

Reservations are currently accepted: US$10,000 refundable deposit held in escrow through Stuart Title in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. When reservations are converted to contract, a 20% down payment (minus the reservations deposit) is required.
