Location

The first phase comprises 142 marina apartments, 80 moorings, 15 villas and 16 townhouses and will include just 31 special investor packages, consisting of:

Purchase Details

To reserve an investor package, there is a US$15,000 deposit, followed by 30% minus the deposit at the signing of the Purchase Sale Option Agreement. This is followed by 20% within 90 days. Balance, i.e. 50%, is paid upon completion.

To reserve an individual unit, there is a US$15,000 deposit, followed by 10% at the signing of the Purchase Sale Option Agreement; 20% in 90 days and 70% when the property is completed. The deposit is refundable until the project is officially launched autumn 2008.

Construction will start second half of 2008. The first phase is scheduled to open in 2010.

Closing costs are estimated to be between 1% and 2%.

Full consumer protection with Escrow is offered (Land America).
